Snobs

Designed and constructed with Arseniia Filatova and our team cmnd-a. In this project, we were inspired by the combination of vintage and contemporary design, dictated by the space itself. It was a beautiful 18th-century house with exquisite plaster ornaments, original parquet floors, and wooden shutters that, unfortunately, had fallen into poor condition over the years. The wood had been painted in unpleasant tones, so we had to restore it centimeter by centimeter over the course of three months. During that time, we also replaced and restored the plumbing and electrical systems, reinforced the walls, and preserved the original painted surfaces. In the design of the bar, we aimed to merge the romantic with the raw, the sensual with the tangible.
